Inspecting and Measuring
Measurement Parameters (Classification)
Specify the search measurement conditions and the judgement conditions for the measurement results.
1 In the Item Tab area, click [Measurement].
2 In the "Measurement condition" area,
specify a value for each item.
3 When the setting has been changed,
click [Measure] in the "Detail" area to
verify whether measurements can be
made correctly.
4 Set up the judgement condition.

When a check is placed at sub-pixel, the position
information can be
measured in units of sub-pixels. However, this requires more
processing time.

rough search. Specify a smaller value when model search results are
unreliable.

displayed image. Take these values into
consideration to determine the upper and lower limit values.
