3 Click [Generate calibration parameters].
The calibration parameters will be generated.
Sampling (Camera Calibration)
Make the calibration setting based on the measurement results. After measuring a position using the
measurement processing items in the measurement flow, set the position as an actual coordinates to calculate
calibration data.
1 In the Item Tab area, click [Sampling].
2 Set the [Sampling] area.
3 Click [Model] and [Region] as needed to set sampling measurement conditions.
4 Click [Sampling measurement].
