Glue Bead Inspection
Inspect the coated condition of coating (sealer, etc.). You can inspect coating of a specified color for gaps or
runoffs along the coating path. In addition to inspecting the above, you can also measure the maximum width,
minimum width and average of coating.
Used in the Following Case
• When you want to inspect coating for gaps and runoffs

Setting of coating gap inspection follows the flow shown below.
• Processing is different for color images and monochrome images. If the camera type, color camera, or monochrome
camera, was changed from a previous setup, a reset of some settings may be needed.
