Measurement Parameters (Ec Corner)
Set the sort conditions/judgement conditions of corners.
Data of the specified number is output as measurement data.
1 In the Item Tab area, click [Measurement].
2 In the "Sort cond." area, set the sorting
conditions.
3 When the setting has been changed,
click [Measure] to verify whether
measurements can be made correctly.
4 Set up the judgement condition.

Count [1] to [100]
