Support Inspection and Measurement
Set parameters depending on each of Stage (θX stage and θY stage)
In this setting area, set θX stage and θY stage.
1 Selecting [θX(θY) stage] in [Stage type],
[θX(θY) stage setting] is displayed.
Set parameters in [θX(θY) stage setting] area.
2 Select type of Stage in [Movement axis]
in [θX(θY) stage setting] area.
Selecting [X-axis] as [Movement axis] and set
[Y-axis] to Yθ stage. Selecting [Y-axis] is set
to Yθ stage.
