Description: Sets the special operating mode for the operating mode "function interface".
0 = Inactive
1 = Safe Operating Stop with braking (SS2)
2 = Safe Operating Stop without braking (SOS)
3 = Safely reduced speed without standstill (SLS)
4 = Safely reduced speed with agreement (SS2 --> SLS)
