Description
Use the bestroute as-path-neglect command to configure the BGP router to not
evaluate the AS_PATH during best route selection.
Use the undo bestroute as-path-neglect command to configure the BGP router to
take the AS_PATH as a factor during best route selection.
By default, the router takes AS_PATH as a factor when selecting the best route.
Examples
# In BGP view, ignore AS_PATH in route selection.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] bgp 100
[Sysname-bgp] bestroute as-path-neglect

undo bestroute compare-med

Parameters
None
Description
Use the bestroute compare-med command to enable the comparison of the MED for
paths from each AS.
Use the undo bestroute compare-med command to disable this comparison.
This comparison is not enabled by default.
Caution:
After the bestroute compare-med command is executed, the balance command does
not take effect.
