<userIpType> is only usable when AT+CGDCONT is ipv4v6.
In case of Verizon, This command is valid only for Context 3.

correctly set and that the GPRS network is present.
When <userSockType> is "no ip type chosen" ipv6 will be requested
firstly. When ipv6 DNS server doesn't support so ipv4 will be
requested.
