Set command enables/disables the +CGREG: unsolicited result code, and
selects one of the available formats:
short format:
+CGREG:<stat>
long format:
+CGREG:<stat>[,<lac>,<ci>[,<AcT>,<rac>]]

The following events trigger the URC:
