39. E-mail User Name
40. E-mail Password
41. E-mail Sender Address
42. E-mail SMTP server
AT#ESAV=?
Test command returns the OK result code.
If a parameter value has not been previously specified using the e-
mail parameters setting commands, like #EADDR, then a default
value will be taken.
