3.28.3.7. AT$GPSLOCK - GNSS Lock Mode
This command is used to configure the GNSS lock mode.

Set command sets the GNSS lock mode.

- SKT: 3 (Some GNSS commands return ERROR. If GNSS fix should
be used, please set 0 value to work GNSS)
