Set command sets the USB Audio configuration.

LE910Cx ThreadX.
Manual reboot is required after changing.
The setting is saved in system.
When the firmware is updated, the setting is set to default, but the
setting is maintained in case of FOTA update.

Report the currently sample rate of USB audio.
