Set command change the Tx power level for the band specified.
Parameters:

The set command ( AT#TXCAL=<bnd> ) causes the values for <bnd>
band to reuse the default ones
After command set, you have to reboot modem.
AT#TXCAL?
Read command returns the current parameter settings for each band in
the format:
#TXCAL: <value_1>,<value_2>,....,<value_16>
#TXCAL: <value_1>,<value_2>,....,<value_16>
