The command sets the module in SYSHALT state.

AT#SYSHALT
The execution command sets the module in SYSHALT state. To power
down the module, the serial port (ASC0) must have the control signals
CTS, DTR, DCD and RING low.
AT#SYSHALT?
Read command returns the current stored parameters in the following
format:
#SYSHALT: <GPIORestore>,<DTRWakeUpEn>,<RebootEn>
