interface.

a proper ECHO_REPLY to every IP address pinging it.

Read command returns whether the ICMP Ping support is currently
enabled or not, in the format:
#WLANICMP: <mode>
AT#WLANICMP=?
Test command reports the supported range of values for the <mode>
parameter.
