This command is used to shutdown an Ethernet Control Model (ECM) session.

NOTE: this command also deactivates the context.
NOTE: If ECM backhaul is not connected yet, Returns OK

must be rebooted.

Read command returns the session state in the following format:
#ECM: <Did>,<State>
