This command used to configure the mode of operation for EPS.

AT+CEMODE=[<mode>]
This set command configures the mode of operation for EPS.

3GPP TS 24.301. Other values are reserved
and will result in an ERROR response to the
set command.

The default value of parameter <mode> is 2 in LE910C1-Sx
series(LE910C1-SA, LE910C1-ST,LE910C1-SV) and AT&T operator.
