If you use UART(lower then 115200). You may need to use this
command.
Slow UART in LTE RAT cause the network to be
disconnected.(relating to TCP_WINDOW_SIZE_FULL)
The high watermark shall be 1000 more than the low watermark.
The max watermark shall be 8000 more than the high watermark.
