cannot be appeared.
The CELL_LOW_PRIORITY of <cellStatus> for LTE is not supported.
The command is executed within max 3 minutes.
The information provided by #CSURVCL is the same as that provided by
#CSURVL. The difference is that the output of #CSURVCL is in numeric
format only.
