channel mode in data/fax call.
If AT#CODEC=0, the reported channels codecs set, for <format>=0,
is 255 (all codecs).
AT#CODECINFO?
Read command reports <format> and <mode> parameter values in the
format:
#CODECINFO: <format>,<mode>
AT#CODECINFO=?
Test command returns the range of supported <format> and <mode>
parameters values.
