Depending on the command, not all suffix values are supported. For example, in
REFLevel commands, only suf
fixes 2 to 21 are allowed. The range of supported suf
fix
numbers is indicated in the description of the individual commands.
Suffix 1
Suffix 1 means that no waveform is assigned. The first waveform C1W1 corresponds
to suf
fix number 2.
