Shows if the test is running or has finished. The state is set to "Finished" if no acquisi-
tions remain (see MTESt:RESult:COUNt:REMaining? on page 1598).

Returns the test result.
A test has failed if the number of sample hits or acquisition hits exceeds the limit of
"V
iolation tolerance" hits (see MTESt:TOLerance on page 1584, MTESt:RESult:
COUNt:FAILures? on page 1598 and MTESt:RESult:COUNt:FWAVeforms?
on page 1598).
