Defines the upper margin for the limit check. Margins are not as strict as limits and
must be within the valid value range. The valid range is defined using the
MEASurement<m>:EYEJitter:LCHeck<n>:VALid command.

threshold is exceeded. Frequencies at which the
threshold is exceeded define the limits of the
requested bandwidth.
