Greater than or equal. These conditions require one endpoint
value to be set using TRIGger<m>:

In range, out of range. These conditions require a range of end-
point values to be set using TRIGger<m>:MPHY:SSIC:

*RST: EQUal
TRIGger<m>:MPHY:SSIC:IMAX <Frame>, <Field>, <Data>

Sets the end value of an index range if TRIGger<m>:MPHY:SSIC:FRAMe<n>:
FLD<o>:IOPerator is set to INRange or RANGe.
