Specifying the x- and y-position of the centerpoint of the area plus a range
for
the x- and y-axes; the area defined by that centerpoint and the ranges is
zoomed.

Coupled zoom creates a copy of the selected zoom area. Coupled zoom areas
always have the same size (size coupling). They can be positioned separately or
together (position coupling).
Zoom areas can be used for gating, for example, to define a measurement gate. Y
ou
can set the gate exactly to the limits of the zoom.
Evaluation gates - available histogram areas, masks, and measurement gates - can be
displayed in zoom diagrams to simplify the graphical gate adjustment on the touch-
screen.
