Enables and disables the horizontal stretching.
Stretching changes the display of the waveform independent of the horizontal settings
of the source waveform and of the horizontal diagram settings.

REFCurve<m>:RESCale:HORizontal:FACTor <ScaleFactor>
A factor greater than 1 stretches the waveform horizontally, a factor lower than 1 com-
presses the curve.
