Sets various operators for a cell, to identify, e.g., mandatory values such as a CRC

checksum or an ID, that help to identify a frame.

The implemented conditions and functionalities are the "equal" and "array" operators.

The numeric format of the condition needs to be set according to BUS<m>:CMSB:
