Subaddress / Mode setup: Condition, Subaddress min, Subaddress max
The subaddress/mode setup consists of the condition and one or two subaddress/
mode patterns.
The subaddress/mode setup settings are the same as in the MIL trigger setup, see
"Subaddress/ Mode

on page 695.

The data word count/mode code setup consists of the condition and one or two pat-
terns.
The subaddress/mode setup settings are the same as in the MIL trigger setup, see

Specifies the data direction of the selected command.

Specifies the values (X, 0, 1) of the status flags.

Error Condition
