Enables the manual setting of a bit rate. You can set the bitrate value with BUS<m>:
CXPI:BITRate:VALue.

Sets the number of transmitted bits per second. To set this value, you have to enable
the bitrate first with BUS<m>:CXPI:BITRate:ENABle.
