Removal
WARNING
To avoid electrical shock, switch-OFF the Main Power Switch and disconnect the Power
Cord.
1. Remove the HCF Paper Tray Assembly (REP 2.7.
5).
2. Remove the HCF Feeder Assembly (REP 2.8.
27).
3. Remove the HCF Front/Rear Spring (Figure 1).

Replacement
1. Reverse the above procedures to replace the Front/Rear Spring.
1. Remove the KL-clips and Bushings (2) at shaft ends
2. Remove the Retard Spring at rear
3. Release the Spring from the Spring Stop
4. Slide the shaft left/right to remove the Front/Rear Springs
