Removal
WARNING
Turn power off and disconnect the power plug.
NOTE: When removing the Drum Unit, do not expose the Drum to direct sunlight or strong
light.

1. Remove the Drum Unit (REP 5.3.
1).
2. Remove the Erase Lamp (Figu
re 1).
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Remove the Erase Lamp.

Installation
NOTE: When installing the Erase Lamp, match the rails (on both sides of the Erase Lamp) with
groove A (Figure 2).
Figure 2 Reassembly
1. Reinstall the parts in the reverse order of disassembly.
