Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, disconnect the Finisher cable connector. Switch off
the machine power and disconnect the Machine Power Cord.
1. Remove the Decurler Rear Cover (REP 15.
3.13).
2. Remove the Decurler Top Cover (REP 15.
3.12).
3. Remove the bracket (Figu
re 1).
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Release the harness from the Clamps (4).
3. Remove the E-clip.
4. Remove the screw.
5. Remove the spring from the Bracket.
6. Remove the bracket.

1. Remove the shoulder screw.
2. Remove the E-clips (3).
3. Remove the reflector.
4. Remove the bearings (2).
5. Remove the lever.
6. Remove the cam.

Replacement
1. Reinstall the Cam (Figure 3).
1. Align the hole on the Cam with the hole on the Gear.
2. Reinstall the remaining components in the reverse order of disassembly.
