Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, disconnect the Finisher cable connector. Switch off
the machine power and disconnect the Machine Power Cord.
1. Remove the Decurler Door (REP 15
.3.4).
2. Remove the Decurler Top Cover (REP 15.
3.12).
3. Remove the Decurler Inner Cover (REP 15.3.
14).
4. Remove the Decurler Rear Cover (REP 15.
3.13).
5. Remove the Reflector and Cam (REP 15.1.
3).
6. Remove the Front Lever (PL 1
8.7).
7. Remove the Bearing from the roll at the front of the Finisher (Figu
re 1).
1. Remove the E-Clip.
2. Remove the Bearing.

8. Remove the Decurler Drive Roll 1 at the rear of the Finisher (Figur
e 2).
1. Disengage the Drive Roll from
the frame.
2. Remove the E-Clip.
3. Remove the gear.
4. Remove the bearing and then remove the Drive Roll.

Replacement
Reinstall the Decurler Drive Roll 1 in the reverse order of disassembly.
