REP 5.4.1 Charge Corotron

Removal
WARNING
Turn power off and disconnect the power plug.
NOTE: When removing the Drum Unit, do not expose the Drum to direct sunlight or strong
light.
NOT
E: Do not touch the Drum surface.
1. Remove the Drum Unit (REP 5.3.
1).
2. Remove the Charge Corotron (Figu
re 1).
1. Remove the screw.
2. Remove the Charge Corotron.

Installation
NOTE: Do not touch the Corotron Wire during installation.
1. Reinstall the parts in the reverse order of disassembly.

2. Remove the Pre-Clean Corotron (Figu
re 1).

2. Remove the Pre-Clean Corotron.

Remove the Arc Shields on both sides.
2. Remove the spring.
3. Remove the PCC Wire.
