ADJ 6.1.1 Rotary Home Position Sensor
Parts List on PL 6.1
Purpose
This procedure sets the correct NVM values for the Rotary Home Position Sensor.
Adjustment
1. Perform ADJ 6.6.1 to set the Rotary Assembly to the Cyan position.
CAUTION
Ensure that the Locating Pin is removed before attempting to run the machine.
2. Without moving the Rotary Assembly, remove the locating pin and return it to its storage
position.
NOT
E: After 776-064 is executed, the value is reset to
0 automatically. There is no need to
reset the NVM value.
3. Enter dC131 NVM R
ead/Write and change the value in NVM location 776-064 Home
Sensor Adjustment Mode to 1.
4. Enter dC330 Component Con
trol. Execute 009-034 (Dispense Motor C).
While the housing moves from the Cyan position to the Home position, the machine auto-
matically measures and corrects the moving pulses.
ADJ 6.6.1 Rotary Development Housing Position

Purpose
To properly position the Rotary Development Housings when performing various set ups.
Adjustment
WARNING
Turn power off and disconnect the power plug.
1. Open the Front Door.
2. Remove the following parts:
a. Toner Trickle Bottle (PL 6.
5)
b. Right Upper Cover (PL 1
1.2)
CAUTION
Ensure that the Locating Pin is removed and returned to its storage position before attempting
to run t
he machine.
3. Remove the Locating Pin (Figure 1).

Loosen the screw.
2. Remove the pin.
