This fault is declared if Control Logic detects the Unload While Run Switch activated while a job
is being printed.
Initial Actions
Refer to BSD 12.2 for this procedure.
Ensure that connectors P/J103
9 on the Finisher PWB and P/J1075 on the Unload While Run
Switch are seated correctly and there are no obvious crimped or broken wires.
Procedure
The Unload While Run LED is always lit.

Press the Unload While Run Switch several times. The Unload While Run LED

ches on and off.
YN
Enter dC330 012-291 Unload While Run Switch. Press Start. Press the Unload
W
hile Run S
witch several times. The display alternates from High to Low.
YN
Disconnect P
/J
1075 from the Unload While Run Switch. There is +5VDC
from J 1075-3 to GND
YN
Go to Fl
ag 4 on BSD 12.
2. Check for a short circuit to GND. If the wire is
OK, replace the Finisher PWB (PL 18.4).
Go to Flag 4 on BSD 12.2. Check for an open circuit. If the wire is OK, replace
the Unload W
hile Run Switch (PL 18.15).
There is +5 VDC from P/J1075-1 to G
ND.

lag 6 on BSD 12.2. Check for an open circuit. If the wire is OK, replace

e Finisher PWB (PL 18.4)
Enter dC330 012-099 Unload while Run LED. Press Start There is less than 1
VDC from
P/J1075-2 to GND.

Replace the Unload While Run Switch (PL 18
.15).
Enter dC330 012-291 Unload While Run Switch. Press Start. Press the Unload While
Run Switc
h several times. The display alternates from High to Low.

1075-3 to GND

2. Check for a short circuit to GND. If the wire is OK,
replace the Finisher PWB (PL 18.4).

ile Run Switch (PL 18.15).
The problem may be intermittent. Go to Flag 3, F
lag 4, Flag 5, and Flag 6on BSD 12.2.
Check for an intermittent short circuit or a loose connection. If the problem is unresolved,
replace the Unload While Run Switch (PL 18.15).
Enter dC330 012-099 Unload while Run LED. The LED remains lit.
