To choose a font or a color for typing new text:
• Press a
Font Key, ALT Font Key, or Color Key.
To change font or color by row:
[ ] 1. Position the cursor on the first character in the
row that you want changed.
[ ] 2. Press
CNTL, then a Font Key, ALT Font Key,
or
Color Key to change to the desired font or
color. Characters from the cursor position to
the end of the row change.

[ ] 1. Turn Baseline Adjust
Off, and Row Adjust
Off.
[ ] 2. Type a LOGO font
character in the Home
position.
The baseline of the row that
the LOGO is on does not move
down to accommodate the
larger character on the row.
When Row Adjust is Off, the
rows below do not overlap.

Use the SHIFT CHAR and the
SHIFT ROW functions to shift
the text to its final position.
HINT: When recording this
type of message for future
use, place the cursor at the
position where you will insert
the new text.
