To activate the Recall Kbd function when building a
Function Key list:
[ ] 1. From the Message Compose main menu or the
IMAGESTOR! main menu, press
CNTL, then
a Function Key (
F1 - F5) or SHIFT + Function
Key (
F6 - F10). The Function Key list (Figure
12-1) is displayed.
[ ] 2. Press
K. The Function Key List redisplays as
shown in Figure 12-7.
NOTE
On the iNFiNiT! Family keyboard, the
Function Keys are numbered from F1 to F10.
On the IMAGESTOR! Recall Keyboard, the
Function Keys are numbered from Fn 0 to Fn
9. Therefore, when programming a Function
Key for the Recall Keyboard, or executing a
Function Key from the Recall Keyboard, it
must be kept in mind that F1 on the iNFiNiT!
Family keyboard corresponds to Fn 0 on the
Recall Keyboard, and so on. Thus, if you
want to execute F8 from the Recall Keyboard,
you must press Fn 7. The same holds for
programming Function Key execution from
within a Function Key list. To execute F8, Fn
7 (F 7) must be entered into the list. Note that
to enter such a command, F, then 7 is
pressed, not the F7 Function Key on the
iNFiNiT! Family keyboard.
