A Function Key sequence first created on an iNFiNiT!
Family system can be read and executed from the IMAG-
ESTOR! Recall Keyboard. The
Recall Kbd function is
activated before building the list. This causes the follow-
ing to occur:
When the list is built, the following commands can-
not be entered into the list:
Delay (D), Single Step
(
S), Capture (C), Trigger DDR (R), Trigger Cel (T)
and
Trigger FX (X).
Any Function Key list that is recorded is automati-
cally stored in the default directory specified in the
IMAGESTOR! Configure menu. Normally a Func-
tion Key List is recorded to the current Message
Compose directory. See §10.2.2 of the IMAG-
ESTOR! Option Handbook (Pub. No. 2A01987) for
more information on IMAGESTOR! directory
defaults.
Certain iNFiNiT! Family keys are mapped to corre-
sponding Recall Keyboard keys, as the two key-
boards are different from each other.
[ ] 1. Some keys are common to both, and remain
the same.
[ ] 2. Some keys exist on the Recall Keyboard, but
not on the iNFiNIT! Family keyboard, so
alternative mapping is required.
[ ] 3. Keys on the iNFiNiT! Family keyboard that
are not mapped to the Recall Keyboard are
specified in the list as
UNDEFINED. An
UNDEFINED keystroke left in a Function Key
list is ignored when the list is executed.
