The function icons appear on the right side of the menu,
and are as follows:

The following methods can be used to change the current
message directory from within the Message Directory
Utility:
•Use the
ÎÏ cursor keys to highlight the desired
directory in the list. Press
CNTL C or
, or select
the
Change icon.
• Move the mouse cursor to the desired directory.
Click the left button to highlight
and select the new
directory from the list.
• Type the first several characters of the name of the
desired directory. As you type each character, the
system narrows the search for the new directory. For
example, to access directory
C/MESSAGE, type “C/
MES
”. Press
to select the new directory. The
entry displays on the Prompt Line.
The Message Directory Utility window closes, and the
Message Compose main menu appears. Note that the
Mesg Dir field now shows the new message directory
name. Additionally, the message directory defaults for
the palette and Tabs are updated in all frame buffers after
loading Message Compose, and after a Change Message
Directory operation has been performed.
Change
Changes the current working directory to another displayed in
the directory list
Delete
Deletes any listed directory (except for the current working
directory)
Create
Creates a new message directory on any drive
Defaults
Sets new defaults for any message directory
Quit
Exits from Message Directory Utility back to Message Compose
