 &UHDWLQJ(GLWLQJD)XQFWLRQ.H\/LVW
The following sections cover editing commands and the
commands that are entered into the Function Key List. A
Function Key List can be changed while it is being cre-
ated, or later, after it has been saved or recorded.
NOTE
All unsaved Function Key information
is lost each time the system is turned
off or when Message Compose is
exited. To preserve Function Key
lists, they must be recorded.

To edit a Function Key List:
[ ] 1. From the Message Compose main menu or the
IMAGESTOR! main menu, press
CNTL, then
the Function Key to be edited. If you are
editing an recorded list, the Function Key
message must first be read. See §12.6 for
information on reading back Function Keys.
[ ] 2. Position the edit cursor over the
Step column,
then start entering commands as described
below.
NOTE
If the cursor is in the Keystroke
column, edit commands are entered
into the Keystroke list and
overwrite
existing entries.

Information is entered into the Function Key List when
the cursor is in either the Step column or the Keystroke
column, depending on the desired result. Commands
entered in the Step column are outlined in §12.3.5, and
