Revision D 16-19 Mix Effects
[ ] 2. Press CLR, enter the ID number of the message
into the buffer, then press
READ.
[ ] 3. Press
DO.
The message appears on screen as set in Read Effects.
[ ] 4. For each additional message you want to
display, repeat Steps 2 and 3.

A series of prerecorded Mix Effects messages can be
loaded and executed by using a Function Key(s). This
allows you to execute an entire sequence using one key-
stroke. See Section 12 for information on programming
Function Keys.

Keying is a “cut-and-fill” function that can be used in con-
junction with Roll, Crawl (§16.14) and other messages.
This function allows you to define a “cut-out”, or Key on
CHANNEL A/AIR and fill in the cut-out with video from
CHANNEL B/AIR (“Fill”).
Key Enable is available to the Primary User in a three
buffer Dual User iNFiNiT! system; a two-buffer, single
user iNFiNiT! system; or a two-buffer MAX!> system.
NOTE
Mix Effects cannot be executed while
Key Enable is activated.
To activate Key Enable:
• Press
CNTL K or select Key Enable.
