Merge Buffers allows the merge into one frame buffer of:
• Images in different buffers (
Frame Buffers) - avail-
able to systems equipped with two or more frame
buffers.
• Images in the Foreground and Background buffers of
an Extended Effects Frame buffer (EEFB) or CLYPS
Capable Frame buffers (
FG/BG) - available to sys-
tems equipped with at least one EEFB or CCFB.
• Specified messages (
Files)
Files
is the only merge function available to RGB Tools
when it is accessed from IMAGESTOR!.
The Crop Box defines the objects to be merged; if used, it
must be set prior to entering the Merge Buffers function.
If
Full Screen (§21.5) is activated, the entire screen is
modified. From the RGB Tools menu, press
B or select
Merge Buffers to display the Merge Control Menu.
The image created by the Merge operations can be
recorded using the
Message Record or Font Utility
function. The
Crop Box function can be used after the
merge to create the final image.
To access the Merge Control menu:
• Press
B. The three merge functions are available
from this menu.
