If you do not want to delete the file, press any
key except
Y. The file is not deleted, and the
confirm process continues.
If
Confirm is set to N, no confirmation is
requested,
AND THE FILE IS
AUTOMATICALLY DELETED!
Note that the Prompt Line confirms that the
Delete command has been executed for each
file in the Range, even when you have told it
not to delete a particular file when asked to
confirm. However, at the completion of the
process, the Prompt Line displays which files
have been deleted.

CNTL X or select the Execute icon to
execute the Delete operation.
To stop a Delete command during execution:
• Press
ESC twice rapidly in succession.
To exit the Block Delete window:
• Press
Q, select Quit or click the right mouse button.

To exit the Block Message Utility:
• Press
Q, CNTL, or ESC; or select the Quit icon in the
Block Message Utility window to exit and return to
Message Compose.

Recording to and reading from the hard disk requires no
preparation. The message directory
C/<system_name>
already exists on the hard disk when the unit is shipped.
To record to floppy disk, you'll need a formatted/initial-
ized 3-1/2" double sided high density diskette.
