To access the Video Input Control window (Figures 20-1,
20-2 and 20-3):
Press
CNTL I or select Video Input.
Using the controls on this window, you may capture a
video image to the system frame buffer. Once the image
is captured (and adjusted as needed from the window),
you then EXIT from VIM (press
Q), then enter RGB
Tools (or Image Tools) by pressing
CNTL G, to further
manipulate the image. Finally, you may save the image
as an RGB message, from RGB Tools (or Image Tools.)
NOTE
If your system is equipped with
Extended Effects Frame Buffers, you
may use the Flash Save feature to
capture and save video images,
directly from the Video Input Control
window. If Flash Save is not
available, you can save time by
selecting Video Input from within
RGB Tools (or Image Tools), instead
of from the Message Compose main
menu.
