Revision D 18-5 Font Create Utility
The two main areas of the menu, the Font Convert Setup
window and the function icons, are described in the fol-
lowing sections.

The Font Convert Setup window contains 7 columns in
which parameters can be set, and 98 rows (14 visible at a
time), which allow for 98 font conversions executable
from one command. The following describes setup edit-
ing functions.
0DVWHU)RQW
You must choose a Master Font to use as a template for
creating the Machine Font. Note that the Master Fonts
are always stored in the
SYSTEM directory of the disk.
• Press
CLR, then, using the Address Keypad, enter the
ID number of the selected Master Font in the
MAS-
TER FONT
field. Master Font ID numbers can range
from
1 - 9999.

ERASE
Erases all entries from the screen.
HOME
Returns cursor to Row 1, MASTER FONT column.
DEL ROW
Erases one row, leaving data fields blank.

Moves cursor among rows and columns in window.
SHIFT PAGE +
ÎÏ
Moves among the pages of the window.
CNTL O
Copies data in row that cursor is on to paste buffer
(§18.4.8).
CNTL A
Pastes the contents of the paste buffer onto the row
that the cursor is on (§18.4.8).
