There are five functions in the Block Message Utility:
List, Copy, Move, Delete and Quit.
Once you have entered one of the Block Message Utility
functions, a menu consisting of fields in which you can
set parameters, and a list from which to choose messages
or directories is displayed (Figures 8-7, 8-8, or 8-10).
Additionally, a menu on the right side allows you to list
messages or directories; or to execute a List, Move, Copy
or Delete function.
NOTE
Block Message Utility can also be
used to copy or move one message
directory at a time. A directory can be
moved from one disk drive to another,
and/or undergo a name change.
However be aware that although the
message directory will be copied or
moved, it will not take the fonts along
with it. To copy or move a directory
using the Block Message Utility,
follow the same procedure (but do not
enter a range) used for the Copy or
Move functions described in §8.3.2.5.
Message directories can be deleted
