To choose a range of messages to list:
[ ] 1. Follow the
Range procedure outlined in
§8.3.2.1.
[ ] 2. Press
CNTL L or select the List Files icon.
To list all message directories on all readable storage
devices in the system:
• Press
CNTL D or select the List Dirs icon.
To list all files within a particular directory:
[ ] 1. If you have not already; press
CNTL D or select
the
List Dirs icon.
[ ] 2. Select a directory by using the cursor

keys to locate the directory.
[ ] 3. Press

CNTL L or select the List Files icon.
It is not necessary to change your current directory in
order to list the contents of another directory.
To exit the Block Message List window:
• Press
Q or select the Quit icon.

In the Block Message Copy, Move, and Delete functions,
a directory list is no longer automatically generated for
NFS volumes.
CNTL L must now be used to generate a
list. This reduces the time necessary to perform a Block
Message operation when the file numbers are known in
advance and a list is not required.
