The Third Channel Output option (§14.4) adds a separate
output so that the contents of the buffer assigned to
CHANNEL B can be viewed independently of the con-
tents of the buffer assigned to CHANNEL A. CHAN-
NEL B output is viewed on a separate monitor. Although
the buffer assigned to CHANNEL B may have a scanline
background (§10.5), the Third Channel Output does not
