As you adjust the Cut Box, the X (pixel) and Y
(scanline) information is updated.
To use the mouse to adjust or position the Cut
Box, first, if necessary, press the right mouse
button to transfer the mouse cursor from the
Prompts Monitor to the Edit Monitor, then:
• Place the mouse cursor on a border or cor-
ner of the Cut Box. Adjust the border or
corner by holding down the left mouse but-
ton and “dragging” the border or corner to
its new location.
To reset the Cut Box to directory default size:
• Press
R or select Reset.
[ ] 3. If necessary, adjust the position of the Cut Box
by pressing
SHIFT CHAR + Ì, Í, Î or Ï.
To move the Cut Box using the mouse:
• Press the right mouse button to move the
mouse cursor to the Edit Monitor, then
place the mouse cursor inside the perimeter
of the Cut Box. Move the box by holding
down the left mouse button and “dragging”
it to its new location.
[ ] 4. Press
CNTL or Q, or select Quit to exit the Cut
Box Adjust menu and save changes.
To exit the Cut Box Adjust menu without
saving changes:
• Press
ESC.

The image contained in the unaltered Crop Box, or the
Cut Box can be pasted anywhere on the screen. To acti-
vate the
Paste function:
• From within the Cut and Paste Control menu. press
P
or select
Paste.
